About us
MICASA was established in the mid 80’s and has been offering villa management services in the Algarve for many years. Services include property management, support for clients including meet and greet and property repairs and maintenance.
New in 2021 is the addition of Jemma and Jamie to expand and take over the family business, providing a wider range of services. Jemma and Jamie were married in the Algarve and moved from the Kent
countryside in the UK to follow their dreams and build a business in the beautiful Algarve.
Jemma and Jamie’s arrival to MICASA has not just increased resource, but has brought new skills to deliver a wider range of quality and professional services.
Meet our team!
Jamie Dore has over 20 years’ experience in the building and timber industry, both hands on and management. In addition, Jamie has a SCUBA Masters qualification and Jamie’s innovative thinking is to use his diving skills and equipment to undertake swimming pool repairs under water without the expense and downtime of draining and re-filling pools.
Jemma Dore has a background in finance and operational management and brings these skills to MICASA to support clients needs in fiscal and villa management. Jemma offers a reliable and professional service so owners can relax knowing their properties are in safe and caring hands.
Jamie and Jemma work well together in the family business to provide a wide range of quality and reliable services to their clients.
