About us
MICASA was established in the mid-1980s and has been providing professional villa and property management services in the Algarve for many years. The company offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support property owners and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard year-round.
Core services include full property management, client support such as meet-and-greet services, ongoing property inspections, and coordinated repairs and maintenance. MICASA also provides professional cleaning services, ensuring villas and apartments are presented to a consistently high standard for owners and guests.
In addition to management and cleaning, MICASA undertakes property improvement and refurbishment works. These services include interior and exterior painting, tiling, and the design, supply, and installation of new bathrooms and kitchens. All works are managed with attention to quality, efficiency, and minimal disruption to property use.
In 2021, MICASA expanded with the addition of Jemma and Jamie, who assumed responsibility for the continued development of the family business. This expansion increased operational capacity and enabled the company to deliver a wider range of services under one management structure.
Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in the building and timber industry, covering both hands-on and management roles. He also holds a SCUBA Master qualification, allowing MICASA to offer specialist underwater swimming pool repairs, reducing the need for drainage and limiting pool downtime.
Jemma has a background in finance and operational management and supports clients with fiscal and villa management requirements. Her professional and structured approach ensures properties are managed efficiently, transparently, and reliably.
